Courier Standards

We use only professional, licensed pet transport companies. All couriers are licensed under the Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) Regulations 2018. Vehicles are purpose-built for live animal transport with temperature control, ventilation, and appropriate crating.

• Written health guarantee document
• Vaccination record card
• Microchip registration certificate
• Vet health check certificate
• Feeding guide and puppy care notes
• Familiar-scented blanket to aid settling

Welfare During Transport

Puppies are transported in ventilated, appropriately sized crates with bedding and water. Journey times are monitored. We do not dispatch puppies in extreme weather conditions. Your puppy’s welfare throughout the journey is the priority — not speed of delivery.

Coverage

We deliver to all over the United States mainland postcodes. We do not currently deliver to Africa, or the interior Islands. Contact us to discuss options if you are in these areas.

Age Requirement

Under US law, puppies cannot be transferred before 8 weeks of age. We comply fully with this requirement. No puppy leaves us before the 8-week minimum, regardless of deposit arrangements.

On Arrival

We recommend preparing a quiet space, fresh water, food, and bedding before your puppy arrives. Call us after arrival — we are happy to answer any questions and make sure the transition goes smoothly.
